Ivinson offers a competitive, stable financial package designed to support long-term physician satisfaction—not RVU pressure. New physicians start with a guaranteed base for 1–2 years before optionally transitioning to a base + RVU model when ready.
Compensation
- Out-of-residency base salary: $296,961
- Experienced physician base salary: $328,734
- Straight base salary for first 1–2 years (no productivity pressure)
- Optional base + RVU model afterward
- Additional call compensation: $1,500 per 24-hour shift beyond 7 days/month
- No State Income Tax
