You will begin with a highly competitive base salary of $325,000–$345,000, accompanied by a generous $50,000 sign-on bonus and a $15,000 annual performance bonus. The organization also provides annual merit increases, ensuring your compensation grows along with your contributions and the clinic’s success. With no state income tax in Nevada, your take-home earnings will be even stronger compared to many other states.
