Interview Process

Once you and your significant other, if relevant, have had a chance to seriously consider the opportunity, we will put together a portfolio which includes a cover letter, CV, board and license verification, and a disclosure form. After we present your portfolio to our client, a phone call between you and Marquice Barnett, the Provider Recruiter, will be arranged. The next step would be to have a virtual interview between you and the team. If that goes well, you and your significant other will be invited in for an onsite visit with the entire team. Your onsite visit will have an interview, tour of the facilities and a 2–3-hour community tour that will give you a thorough understanding of what Billings offers in terms of housing, schools, activities, etc.

If everything is positive with you and St. Vincent’s, you will receive a Letter-of-Intent spelling out the terms. This should happen within 1-2 weeks of the onsite interview. Once you sign the LOI, a contract will be sent to you within another 1-2 weeks.

Although you are welcome to have an attorney look the contract over, we offer a complimentary contract review service at no cost to you with our in-house contract experts.
