The base salary ranges from $500,000 to $540,000, with an additional $20,000 fellowship differential for dual-trained physicians. Departmental incentive bonuses add another $15,000–$20,000 annually, rewarding your contributions without creating unnecessary pressure on clinical productivity. A $40,000 sign-on bonus and $10,000 relocation allowance make your transition seamless.

You’ll also benefit from an unusually generous 56 days of paid leave each year, including vacation, CME, holidays, and sick time, ensuring you have ample opportunity to recharge and spend meaningful time with family. Academic enrichment is prioritized through $5,000 CME funds plus $1,000 in faculty development support, and tuition assistance is available after six months for you and your dependents at Georgia’s state universities.
