The contract is a 2-year guarantee and will have a base salary of $425K. In addition to that, there will be a $25K sign-on bonus that you receive on your 1st paycheck. You will also be eligible for a yearly quality bonus of $15K. Providers with Student Loans will be eligible for our hospital paid student loan repayment of $20K per year, for 5-years, and is paid directly to the provider at the end of every year of service. In addition to that, you will receive about $84K in call pay.
