- Base Salary: $340,000 annually guaranteed
- Additional Earnings:
- $1,950 per additional shift
- $400 per call shift
- $245/hour for callback (2-hour minimum)
- PTO & CME:
- 47.5 total days off: 32.5 vacation, 5 CME days, 12 holidays
- $3,000 annual CME allowance
- Bonuses & Financial Support:
- $25,000 sign-on and relocation bonus (paid within 30 days)
- $50,000 tax-free federal student loan repayment (over 2 years)
- Insurance & Malpractice:
- Medical: 80% employer-paid under FEHB
- Dental/Vision: 100% employer-paid
- Malpractice: Occurrence-based coverage via the Federal Tort Claims Act (no tail required)
