Hematology/Oncology Team at BSA Hospital

The Hematology/Oncology team at BSA Hospital is composed of experienced and collaborative professionals committed to delivering exceptional patient care. With a focus on mentorship, flexibility, and interdisciplinary cooperation, the team provides a supportive environment for both new and seasoned providers.

The current provider team includes:

• Dr. Milan Patel
• Dr. Anita Ravipati
• Dr. Javed Shinwari
• Dr. Andrew Mak

This team operates in a highly collaborative setting, enhanced by a strong support structure:

• Dedicated Support Staff: Each physician is partnered with at least one RN and one MA to ensure seamless workflow and personalized care.
• Specialized Nursing: The nursing team includes six OCN-certified RNs, with ongoing certification initiatives to further elevate care standards.
