The position provides a base salary, complemented by both production and quality incentives that are achievable with a wRVU threshold, aligning with national averages. Additionally, physicians have the opportunity to earn an annual quality bonus. The annual quality bonus will be earn based upon a meeting or exceeding 3 or 4 metrics that are created by the department's operation managers. These metrics will focus on the physician’s patient outcomes, overall satisfaction, clinical care guidelines adherence, and efficiency of care.
Compensation:
- The base salary will be determined based upon the physician’s experience.
- Annual wRVU Target: 6,000
- Converter $70.95/wRVU over the semiannual threshold
- Quality Bonus: Up to $27,456
- A $30,000 signing bonus will be provided

A sign-on bonus is provided within the first 30 days of employment and will be subject to standard tax withholdings. If the physician departs before completing a three-year commitment, the bonus is prorated and subject to repayment. In addition, relocation assistance is offered, and Bozeman Health is willing to adjust the amount to account for tax obligations associated with the move. The organization also offers student loan repayment options through state and federal programs, with additional guidance provided based on the physician's eligibility.
