At Bozeman Health, we value our physicians and offer fair market compensation reflected in their expertise and dedication. Compensation is based on a blended model of MGMA, AGMA, and Sullivan & Cotter. The base compensation will be on a 4-tier model that will line up with productivity logs, meeting and exceeding the national averages, with production incentives and quality incentives that are obtainable.
Base Salary: $292,871
RVU Threshold: 4,128, $68.89 per wRVU
Quality Bonus: $16,271
Supervision Stipend: $10,000
Sign-on Lumpsum Bonus: $30,000
In addition, Bozeman Health Medical Group will help with the Montana medical license, DEA registration, Montana Medical Legal Panel dues, and direct costs of board certification maintenance. Malpractice coverage is provided by the employer at $1 Million per occurrence and $3 Million aggregate. Montana is a tort-reform state.
