This position will come with a guarantee Base Salary of $245K plus a $20K bonus for having G2 patient satisfaction surveys meeting the minimum threshold (50% at a 9 or 10) and additional $20K quality that is based on the hospital MIPS & MAPS (100% of providers get this). In addition to that you will MAY receive an Medical Director stipend of $20K per year ($180/hr, 120 hours per year) and you will get paid an RVU bonus for every patient you see. Our current provider is taking home an extra $250K in RVU productivity bonuses every year.

3,500 RVUs/ year = $87K + $285K = $372K
4,000 RVUs/ year = $100K + $285K = $385K
Our last two new Family Practice Physicians produced 3543 and 3923 wRVUs respectively in their first years here.

There will be a guarantee base salary over $300K, final number will depend on experience. In addition to that, day-time hospitalists will have the ability to earn RVUs for extra compensation. Since TAHG is a private group, they do have potential opportunities to become a partner, which would come with additional financial incentives.
