This anesthesiology opportunity at Cody Regional Health offers a highly competitive salary, generous bonuses, and a structured two-weeks-on, two-weeks-off schedule, equating to 26 working weeks per year. Base Salary & Incentives

  • Base Salary: $475,000 – $500,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Medical Director Stipend: Additional $30,000 (for those in a leadership role)
  • Sign-On & Relocation Bonus: $40,000 combined
  • Call Pay: Included in base salary (1:4 primary call shared with CRNAs)

Work-Life Balance & Paid Time Off

  • Total Weeks Off: 10–12 weeks annually (aligned with the 2-on, 2-off schedule)
  • No Traditional PTO Accrual: Completely off-duty for 26 weeks per year
  • No Call During Off Weeks: Full separation between work and personal life
