You’ll receive a competitive base salary of $305,000, structured to honor your role as a primary anesthesia provider in a high-functioning hospital team. The compensation is straightforward and stable—free from RVU pressure or productivity metrics—allowing you to focus on what matters: exceptional, patient-centered care.

With a unique two-weeks-on, two-weeks-off schedule, your compensation translates into strong hourly value and exceptional work-life balance—essentially granting you 26 weeks of fully disconnected time each year. When you’re off, you’re truly off.
