Meet The Team
Supportive Colleagues in a Close-Knit Anesthesia Team
When you join this practice, you’ll become part of a well-balanced, respectful, and highly collaborative team where everyone is treated as a vital contributor. The anesthesia group includes two MD anesthesiologists and four CRNAs employed directly by the hospital. This model allows CRNAs to practice with a high level of independence, while still having strong clinical support from their physician colleagues when needed.
The culture is described by current staff as exceptionally collegial—physicians and CRNAs coordinate schedules among themselves with maturity and flexibility. You won’t find rigid top-down management here. Instead, you’ll join a group that communicates openly, supports one another’s personal and professional needs, and shares the collective goal of delivering safe, efficient, and thoughtful care.
Collaborative and Experienced Team Environment
- Two MD anesthesiologists alternating a 2-weeks-on/2-weeks-off schedule
- Four CRNAs who serve as primary anesthesia providers in the ORs
- Clear structure with MDs handling pre-op evaluations and emergency support
- MDs and CRNAs maintain flexibility in coverage through self-coordinated scheduling
Culture of Respect and Mutual Trust
- CRNAs are viewed as independent practitioners, not assistants
- Physicians act as collaborators, not supervisors—always ready to support, never micromanaging
- Surgeons and proceduralists are described as “the most reasonable” colleagues a CRNA could hope to work with
- Entire medical community fosters a sense of belonging, support, and professional respect
High Retention and Community Integration
- Team members demonstrate strong commitment to the organization and community
- Preference is given to candidates who plan to reside locally and fully participate in hospital and community life
- Medical staff often get involved in schools, local events, and activities beyond the hospital walls
