The compensation program was designed and requested by the cardiology team at Columbus Regional Health. Their design is based on what they all believed allows them to work best as a collaborative team and being able to put the priority of quality of exceptional physician care and comprehensive cardiology health OVER volumes, RVU targets and a practice which administration would have them otherwise be pushing them to see higher patient encounter rates, surgical volumes like nearly every other hospital system in the country. The salary guarantee will be $540,000 for two years with an increase to $590,000 in year three. However, the “Group Compensation Plan” that was established by all the providers as a group may be subject to change and could affect the salary amounts going forward. In addition to your competitive salary, you can receive a commencement bonus of up to $100,000 (5-year commitment; still would have 90 day out clause). Quality bonus of $25,000 is designed for everyone to achieve in the program. Relocation paid.
