Dr. Hunnicutt is one of the general cardiologists at CRH. She graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine and completed her internal medicine residency at Michigan State University. She then went on to complete her fellowship at Ohio State University Hospitals. Dr. Hunnicutt is a dedicated physician who values patient care above all else.
Dr. Gourineni graduated from Gandhi Medical College, India, and completed his residency at Michigan State University in internal medicine where he was chief resident. He also completed fellowships at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in heart failure/transplantation; Michigan State University, East Lansing, Michigan in cardiovascular disease; and Rush University Medical Center, Chicago, Illinois in interventional cardiology.
Dr. Russell is another general cardiologist on staff at CRH but is board certified in interventional as well but is just providing general cardiology services now. Dr. Russell received his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and completed his internal medicine residency at University Hospital Care Medical Center in Cleveland Ohio. He then went on to St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis to complete his cardiology fellowship.
Dr. Nargileci moved to Indiana in June 2019, seeking to raise his family in a safe, kid-friendly, diverse community. As a Turkish German immigrant driven by the American dream of progress and improvement based on honesty and hard work, Dr. Nargileci joined CRH knowing that he can contribute to the community. His motto for life is “Don’t pay back, pay it forward.” Dr. Nargileci enjoys outdoor camping, traveling with his wife, who is a nurse, and they have a 2-year-old son and a 7-month-old daughter.
Dr. Klein in the electrophysiologist on staff at CRH and specializes in cardiac electrophysiology, cardiac pacing, implantable defibrillators, and radio frequency ablation. Dr. Klein received his medical degree from Hahnemann Medical College in Pennsylvania, residency at University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and both his cardiology and electrophysiology fellowships at Indiana University School of Medicine.
Dr Ramesh Chillal Kashinath graduated from Bangalore Medical College, Bangalore, India, and completed Internal Medicine residency at Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh, India, where he was also a chief resident. He then completed Internal Medicine Residency at John H Stroger Hospital of Cook County, Chicago, Illinois, and worked there as an academic Hospitalist. He did fellowship in cardiovascular disease at same institute and then completed Interventional Cardiology fellowship from Rush University Medical Center, Chicago, Illinois. His special interests include coronary interventions, structural heart disease and coronary chronic total occlusion interventions.
Dr. Hatfield is the last general cardiologist on the team at CRH, specializes and is board certified in cardiovascular disease. Dr. Hatfield received his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine, residency at Ball Memorial Hospital and completed his fellowship with University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

Carol has been a nurse at Columbus Regional for over 17 years with the majority of her career spent in cardiology, including the cardiac cath lab, open heart surgery, open heart recovery, ICU and cardiac rehab. She also spent six years teaching Biomedical Science at Columbus North and East high schools.
Carol spends her free time exercising, gardening, and enjoying her small hobby farm. Her favorite pastime is spending time with family and friends.

Heather was born and raised in Columbus, Indiana. She attended Columbus North High School. She began her healthcare career in 2010 as a Certified Nursing Assistant. In 2011, she began working at Columbus Regional Health in Food Service. In 2013, she began working on the Progressive Care Unit as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Unit Secretary, and Telemetry Technician.
In 2015, Heather graduated from Ivy Tech in Sellersburg with her Associate of Science in Nursing. She then transitioned to a Registered Nurse on the Progressive Care Unit. Heather completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2017 from Indiana University-Purdue University of Columbus.
In 2018, she completed her Progressive Care Certified Nurse certificate. Heather graduated from the University of Indianapolis in 2021 with a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Heather has enjoyed working in many areas of the healthcare field throughout her career.
Heather developed a passion for cardiology early on in her career. She has taken any chance possible to always learn more about this field. She has enjoyed being able to care for patients and improve their cardiac health. Heather is excited to continue her passion at Southern Indiana Heart and Vascular.
Heather and her husband enjoy doing anything related to cars including racing and car shows. She spends her time doing outdoor activities including racing, boating, swimming, and traveling.
Debra Harmon has been a registered nurse since 1981 and a nurse practitioner since 2017. Through her clinical practice, she has gained experience in primary care. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked in the Columbus Regional Health cardiac cath lab and emergency department. Debra also taught for IU School of Nursing from 2005 to 2016.
