This hospital-employed position offers a stable income model with a guaranteed base salary—typically aligned with MGMA median benchmarks—plus additional earning potential through a wRVU-based bonus structure. Starting base salary typically ranges between $630,000 - $700,000, with transparent productivity incentives that reward your commitment to high-quality, efficient care.

  • Salary starting point is median of MGMA and may be increased based on experience. Plus WRVU productivity bonuses.
  • Sign-on bonus of $30,000 or more
  • 24 days of PTO annually plus 5 days for CME
