The providers work schedule will be 4 weeks on and 1 week off.
There will be a base salary every year, that will increase after the 3rd year of employment. The exact amount will be roughly $250K depending on experience. We do not pay additional income based on productivity as the organization feels it is better to emphasis patient care and quality over quantity. After the 1st 3-years there will be yearly raises of 4-6%.
Cow Creek also provides a sign-on bonus and relocation stipend with the exact amount being determined through the interview process. Cow Creek is a qualifying facility for both the National Health Service Corps (Loan Repayment | NHSC (hrsa.gov)) student loan repayment and the Public Service Loan Forgiveness programs (Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Help Tool | Federal Student Aid) , so and student loans that you would have can be addressed through these services.
This position starts off with 5 weeks of PTO per year and goes up every year after that. It maxes out at 480 hours (12 weeks) per year.
