Position Overview

We are looking to add one Board Certified Family Medicine physician to our team. The reason for the recruitment is just based on volume of patients and a growing community. This position will be based in our brand new 15K sq/ft outpatient clinic, opened in September 2021, located in Northern Roseburg. This facility will be home to not only Primary Care, but also Behavior Health, Dentistry, Pediatrics, Endocrinology, and other visiting Specialists. The facility will also have a Diabetes Center for Excellence, with a teaching area that includes a kitchen for our two trained dietitians You will have your own private office, with 4-6 exam rooms, multiple procedure rooms, onsite labs, X-Ray and tele-psych, negative pressure exam rooms.  

Cow Creek Health & Wellness is a Private Clinic that provides care to the Cow Creek Tribe, employees of Umpqua Indian Development Corporation and their subsidiaries, private insurance members of Douglas County and a small amount of Medicare/Medicaid. This is not a community clinic that provides care to the underserved. We have a monitored patient panel and restrict it so our providers are not forced to be overwhelmed with patients and can focus on great quality patient care. We have great relationships with hospitals in Roseburg, Eugene, Grants Pass & Medford, so and referrals can be easily transferred to the best patient care in Southwest Oregon. We are not required to transfer patients to a specific hospital so we can pick and choose who will provide the best care, or what is easiest for the patient and refer them there.
