The urologist joining TUMG will step into a well-established clinical practice with a broad scope of general and surgical urology. The group serves adult and pediatric patients across the San Joaquin Valley, a region with strong and consistent urology demand and limited subspecialty competition. St. Joseph's Medical Center provides the surgical infrastructure, including two robotic platforms and eight OR suites with block scheduling, MDA and CRNA support, and a dedicated ASC for outpatient procedures.
The existing team brings complementary expertise, including fellowship-trained pediatric urology, robotic urologic oncology, and general urology. The incoming physician can expect a clinically active practice from day one, with referral volume that supports a full surgical schedule. Most complex cases are currently being sent out of the region, representing immediate clinical opportunity for a subspecialty-trained urologist.
