Eisenhower Medical Center in Rancho Mirage, California is recruiting a second full-time Gynecologic Oncologist to join an established, high-volume practice within its comprehensive cancer program. The program has grown steadily over the past eight years and now has more demand than a single physician can manage. This is a direct opportunity to join a proven practice with immediate patient volume while also having a real voice in shaping what the program becomes.

What You Will Do

• Evaluate and manage gynecologic oncology patients across the full spectrum of malignancies
• Perform surgical cases spanning oncologic and complex benign gynecologic procedures
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards, including collaboration with UC San Diego
• Contribute to an active clinical trials program
• Collaborate with medical oncology, radiation oncology, surgery, and imaging teams
• Share call coverage with Dr. Mark Jennison

Who You Are

Eisenhower is open to candidates with post-fellowship experience as well as recent fellowship graduates. The strongest candidates will bring:

• Board certification or eligibility in Gynecologic Oncology
• Comfort with a broad surgical case mix, including minimally invasive approaches
• Genuine interest in oncologic and complex benign gynecologic care
• Interest in clinical research and trial participation
• A collaborative, community-oriented approach to patient care

It now performs 20 to 25 surgical cases per month, maintains a strong referral base, and has a well-established reputation in the Coachella Valley.
