FHS offers a competitive compensation package that entails a strong base and multiple incentive programs.  

Main Body- Financial Package/Benefits 
$250,000 - $290,000 Base Salary (Based on Experience)

  • Hospital Bonus Program 
  • The hospital bonus program begins after a minimum of $5000 in payments have been received from the charges of each physician.  FHS will pay the physician 75% of all payments collected over $5000 for the quarter.  Any payments received for deliveries and c-section assists are not included in the total payment for the quarter. 
  • Delivery Bonus Information: $300/delivery and $150/c-section assist 
  • Production Bonus Available – Based on averaging more than 3 patients/hour.  This is evaluated on a per day basis. 
  • Patients 1-3 over Benchmark - $30/each 
  • Patients 4-6 over Benchmark - $60/each 
  • Patients 7-9 over Benchmark - $90/each 
  • Patients 10+ over Benchmark - $30/each 
  • Quality Bonus is available as well (It is small compared to the productivity bonus.) 
  • Signing Bonus - $30,000 
  • Relocation Stipend - $10,000  

Benefits

  • 200 Hours of PTO (5 Weeks) – Earned .09615/hour worked 
  • 64 hours per year if 40 hour per week employee – Earned at .03077 per hour worked

  • Options for CME (with a wide range in between the two options): 
  • 80 Hours (2 weeks) CME Time Off/year and $1000 
  • 70 hours and $1,400 
  • 72 hours and $1,500 
  • 64 hours and $2,000 
  • 60 hours and $2,250 
  • 56 hours and $2,500 
  • 50 hours and $2,750 
  • 48 hours and $3,000 
  • 40 hours and $4,000 
  • 32 hours and $5,000 
  • 30 Hours (3.75 Days) CME Time Off/year and $5100 
  • Paid licensure fees as well as 1 national and 1 state medical society 
  • Student Loan Repayment through NHSC – 21 HPSA Score 
  • Paid Malpractice and Tail Coverage 
  • Health, Dental, Vision Insurance 
  • Paid Short Term and Long-Term Disability 
  • Retirement Plans Available: 401K 100% Match up to 3% Contribution and ½ of the next 2% of contributions.  100% vested in company contributions upon enrollment (after 1 year of employment/1000 hours).
