Ivinson Memorial Hospital in Laramie, Wyoming is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine physician to join their established outpatient primary care team. This is a 100% outpatient position with no hospital duties, allowing full focus on building meaningful relationships with patients. A typical day includes 16–18 patients in a structured schedule, allowing for quality interactions and efficient workflow.
The schedule offers a 4.5-day workweek (Monday–Thursday 8 AM–5 PM, Friday half-day), ensuring predictable hours and time to enjoy Wyoming's recreational opportunities. Call is light—1:12 rotation mostly for medication refills, with minimal after-hours volume.
You'll join Tyler Gallo, DO, and two experienced nurse practitioners: Robin Kurtis, FNP and Molly Adami, DNP. Each provider is supported by a dedicated medical assistant and nursing team.
Serving Albany County's population of approximately 38,000, the outpatient internal medicine practice is experiencing significant growth. With a patient panel exceeding 3,000 and 2–3 month wait times for new patients, there's a clear, sustainable need for another physician.
