Anesthesiology Department Overview
- 14 anesthesiologists (mix of full-time, part-time, and per diem)
- 7 anesthesiologists serve as core faculty within the residency program
- 20 CRNAs working independently or under supervision based on case complexity
- Residency program includes 16 residents total, expanding from 4 to 6 per year
- Dedicated team for cardiac anesthesia (2 cardiac anesthesiologists)

Collaborative Academic Environment
- Program Director will be supported by an established, engaged faculty
- CRNAs cover OB and offer overnight support, reducing burdens on MDs
- Residents take in-house first call 24/7, creating a teaching-rich environment with protected time for mentorship and didactics
- Monthly program review meetings and Monday didactics ensure a cohesive academic rhythm
Culture of Stability and Flexibility
- Many physicians in the group have transitioned to part-time or per diem status to create space for newer full-time hires
- Physicians are assigned the same call day each week for schedule consistency
