While specific figures are customized based on experience and credentials, the compensation model is designed to reward both your clinical contributions and your academic leadership. As Program Director, your influence spans curriculum oversight, faculty development, resident mentorship, and quality improvement initiatives—and your compensation reflects the breadth of that impact.

The financial package is structured to provide stability, with room for flexibility depending on qualifications, scholarly achievements, and prior program leadership.   • You will be engaged as a 1099 Independent Contractor and will receive monetary stipends to cover health insurance, retirement benefits, and malpractice liability coverage
  • PTO will be 4 weeks per year.
  • Your work schedule will consist of approximately 60% clinical duties and 40% administrative responsibilities. Total compensation will align with the median reported in the 2025 MGMA survey, which is $482,518.
