Meet the staff
Frank Sunping Chen, MD, PhD
Dr. Frank Chen came to St. Mary’s Hospital to establish and grow a robust ENT practice. He has succeeded and the incoming ENT will inherit the fruits of his labor, as well as a busy practice.
His wish is to leave the practice in the capable hands of the incoming ENT. He will do everything he can to help with a smooth transition.
