Compensation will consist of a competitive base salary and a highly attainable quality bonus (both guaranteed for 2 years), a sign-on bonus, and a relocation stipend. The contract is for 3 years and is auto renewed. After year 2, you will start participating in a productivity incentive. They provide an occurrence malpractice insurance policy that includes tail insurance.
