Dr. Toluwalase Tofade (pronounced “toe-fah-day”) is a board-certified Neurologist, caring for patients with a wide range of neurological needs, and he is fellowship-trained in Epilepsy.
Dr. Tofade is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Inc., Dr. Tofade treats patients for a range of neurological conditions, including Guillain Barre Syndrome, multiple sclerosis (MS), demyelinating disease, sarcoidosis, and many other needs.

Dr. Mimi Novello is the President and Chief Medical Officer for MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital with direct responsibility for and oversight of the hospital’s day-to-day operations, as well as providing a comprehensive clinical vision and medical direction to ensure delivery of the highest quality healthcare services.
She also serves as Senior Vice President of Columbia, MD-based MedStar Health system.
Dr. Novello joined the MedStar Health System in 1999 as an attending physician in the emergency department at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center in Baltimore. She most recently served as the hospital’s Vice President of Medical Affairs.
Under Dr. Novello’s leadership, the Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade for MedStar Franklin Square improved from a grade-C to grade-A. She also led the implementation of hospital information technology platforms, including MedConnect.
