The division is staffed by a team of nurse practitioners and physician assistants supporting outpatient clinic, electrophysiology, heart failure, and inpatient services. The current structure includes:
Advanced practice providers listed in the Division of Cardiology directory include Sarah Mendon, PA-C; Megan Woolard, ANP-BC; Jenna Milliron, NP-C; Anne Waugaman, MSN, ACNP-BC; Camille Triebel, ANP-BC; and Vera Pillitteri, DNP, FNP-BC.

The cardiac care unit at Intermountain Saint Joseph operates as a joint cardiology, cardiac surgery, ICU, pharmacy, and palliative care service with a daily multidisciplinary round at 9 AM. Cardiologists rotate inpatient rounding with the Intermountain cardiology team across the broader Front Range network.
Several physicians have multi-year tenure on campus. The Division Chief joined in 2018 to lead growth of the joint cardiology service line with Saint Joseph Hospital, and the team has continued to expand with new hires across imaging, women's heart health, and cardio-oncology in recent years.
