Contract & Benefits

You will be an employee of Ochsner Health with an employed salary range commensurate with experience. It is set up as a two-year salary guarantee, but Ochsner and the other providers are confident you will be busy from Day 1. You will receive full benefits, PTO, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance and malpractice tail coverage. During your interview you will be provided with an overview of all the health and retirement benefits for you and your significant other.

Most offers start around $500,000 and go up from there.

Ochsner Oncologists shared with me, you can make $600,000-$800,000 in their model. There is no cap on your productivity and they have an efficient model in place.
