Once we have confirmed your interest in our Van Nuys clinic, we will need your most recent CV along with a background disclosure form that will be completed via DocuSign. From here your first call will be with Andrea Bradley with Optum. Assuming the call goes well, Andrea will set up the next steps.
Your contract will be a competitive base dependent on experience. With Optum there are no productivity incentives. As long as you maintain a 0.8-1.0 FTE and carry a patient panel of 1300, you will qualify for a Quality Incentive between $25K-$40K each year.
After 2-3 years you have an option for a Partnership Pathway.
