Our clinic is located on Sherman Way in Van Nuys, CA. The majority of our patients are co-morbid, multiple diagnosis seniors. We have a robust referral network in the community including Dermatology, Neurology, Endocrinology and General Surgery to name a few. Optum uses Allscripts EMR.
