Incoming physicians will be employed through Ozark Center and will have a salary based on fair market value and experience. The first year: Salary guarantee, RVU production bonus (if physician requests to transfer from salary guarantee), and non-clinical compensation for teaching residents, mid-level supervision and any other administrative duties if applicable. Years 2 and beyond: Base salary is adjusted to 85% of projected clinical compensation, (adjusted each year) and RVU production model will start as executed in the agreement, bonus (if any) is paid quarterly.
