After you, and your spouse or significant other, have reviewed the information on the practice and community, and if you are interested in being considered for the opportunity, kindly forward us a copy of your CV. We will send you our background disclosure form to fill out and send back to us, and we will verify your board certification and all state licenses. If you have any past or currently pending malpractice cases, kindly provide us with documentation as to the outcome or current status of the case.
We will need to spend some time on the phone with you, and your spouse, to gain a clear understanding of your current situation. We will document that information in the form of a cover letter and forward that on to Vicky Mieseler, Chief Administration Officer – Ozark Center, and she will contact you to schedule a phone call with the providers and other administration.
The initial call typically takes place during the weekday at your convenience. Should the phone call go well, we will arrange a date for you to interview on-site. Your spouse, or significant other, and family, are invited to attend the interview and evaluate the community. You will meet with the physicians in your department during the better part of the day to get a feel for their personalities and how you will fit into the group.
