Compensation

- Base salary around MGMA median (flexible for the right candidate and adjustable based on role responsibilities)

- 10% incentive bonus on base salary

- Can look into wRVU production incentives

- Hospitals owns a fully built and move-in ready 4-bedroom home with a customized kitchen, basement, bar area, entertainment area, -etc where incoming providers can stay until they find their own housing accommodations.  

Contract

- Flexible work model - can focus more on OB or GYN side as desired

- Call schedule to be determined with input from incoming provider, targeting 12-15 days per month of hospital call coverage.

- We are flexible on contract terms and negotiation for justifiable and mutually beneficial means.

- Guaranteed base salary in perpetuity

- No wRVU production requirements to earn base salary

- They are open to changes/negotiations on the contract

- Contract process: Zoom interviews > On-site visit > Round table decision within 24 hours > Extend contract offer within a week

- Decision making is quick, with decision aimed within 24 hours after on-site visit
