Physician Recruitment Process and Compensation Overview

A Rewarding Compensation Package That Reflects Your Effort and Value

This opportunity offers a highly transparent, production-driven compensation structure designed to reward your dedication and efficiency. With an initial five-year contract, you'll enter the practice with a base per-RVU rate for your first 6,800 RVUs—typically ranging from $38 to $43 per RVU for new hires. Once this benchmark is surpassed, your RVU rate increases, incentivizing continued growth and productivity. For example, some physicians earn $46 to $51 per RVU once exceeding their targets.

Top performers in this group are producing 10,000 to 12,000 RVUs annually and earning $450,000–$500,000+ per year. Unlike salary-capped models, there’s no income ceiling here—your success is directly reflected in your earnings.

Tail malpractice coverage is fully provided, removing a significant financial burden. You’ll receive an annual $5,000 CME allowance, and all licensing and credentialing fees are covered. Additional support is available for medical needs—such as assistive technology—on a case-by-case basis.
