As an OBGYN physician in this dynamic, production-based group, you’ll step into a high-demand environment where your clinical drive directly translates into tangible rewards and community impact. Your day will begin around 8:30 a.m., with the flexibility to shape your schedule according to personal preferences and professional momentum. While the practice values autonomy, productivity is paramount: you’ll work with a minimum annual goal of 6,800 RVUs, with a transparent compensation structure that increases as you exceed benchmarks.

This role places you at the heart of a self-insured, physician-led practice where your contributions are not only valued but amplified. You’ll have the chance to practice with a high degree of independence while also benefiting from an advocate in leadership who actively supports reasonable requests and champions your success.

Meeting the Community Where the Need Is Greatest

You’ll serve one of several underserved regions in El Paso, Texas, where access to quality OB care remains limited. Opportunities are available in North Mesa, a stable location with part-time coverage, and in the Northeast Clinic, which is fully staffed and ready for new growth. Long term, there may also be openings at the Trans Mountain site. Regardless of where you’re placed, your presence will directly improve care continuity for an area that desperately needs more OBGYN access.
