Compensation and Benefits

Incoming physicians will be employed through South Suburban Gastroenterology
As associate, during your first 2-years, you will you a base salary of $400,000
Associates will also have a chance to earn up to a 25% incentive based on collections.
Example: if you were to generate $800,000, you would be eligible to earn a bonus based on $400,000, which is your total collections, minus your base of $400,000 ($800,000-$400,000 = $400,000). 25% of $400,000 is $100,000.
Your total income for that year will be $500,000 ($400,000 (base) + $100,000 bonus).

Partnership with South Suburban GI and Stock in GI Alliance

SSG Partnership track is typically 24 months. The BEST part of all is there is Zero buy-in. It’s good old-fashioned sweat equity. Meaning your time grinding as an associate is your buy-in.

What are the benefits of becoming a partner? You will receive a portion of their ancillary services which includes Anesthesia, Pathology, and Infusion.
Once you are an established partner with SSG, you can expect to earn over $700,000. GI Alliance will keep you in the know with regard to your income throughout the year.
Real Estate and the Endoscopy center are NOT included in the ancillary revenue.

GIA stock is also included once you become a partner with South Suburban GI. It’s quite simple. GIA gives you the money to become a shareholder.

In the beginning of your 3rd year, GIA will essentially hand you a check for $375,000 to purchase $250,000 in stock.
But what happens to the remaining $125,000? GIA will provide you with the money to offset the taxes associated with the $375,000.
During the initial buy in period, you can choose to buy additional shares independently.
Although it sounds too good to be true, it isn’t.

During your time as an associate (1st 2-years), you will receive full benefits, 401K with matching and malpractice/tail coverage.
