  • $395,487 base salary for the first 12 months (P60 model)
  • Transitions to productivity-based model in year two with a guaranteed salary floor
  • Reasonable to earn $450K+ in year two and $500K+ in year three
  • $100,000 sign-on bonus paid on your first paycheck (2-year commitment)
  • Up to $27,000 in relocation reimbursement
  • Up to $100,000 in student loan repayment (stipend format)
  • 25 days of PTO plus 5 additional CME days
  • $4,000 annual CME allowance
