Position Overview

Understanding the Role

Perham Health is recruiting Family Medicine physicians to join a well-established, team-based primary care practice in Perham, Minnesota. Three physicians recently departed for lifestyle reasons, and the group is rebuilding toward a core of approximately six Family Medicine providers. This is an outpatient-focused opportunity with strong APP support, a manageable patient volume, and significant flexibility to tailor scope of practice.

Physicians are employed by Sanford Health and leased to Perham Health, combining the autonomy of a community-based practice with the stability and resources of a major regional health system.

The Opportunity

Perham Health operates a Critical Access Hospital and Clinic within the same building, serving a regional population of approximately 20,000 year-round residents and up to 35,000 in the summer months. There are no pediatricians in town, which creates strong pediatric demand for Family Medicine providers. The practice supports multiple hire opportunities, with three or more positions available.
