Due to the growing need in the community and service area, Schneck Medical Center (SMC) is seeking a Board Certified/Eligible General OBGYN to join its established practice. The new physician will join four (4) OBGYNs and one (1) NP.
This will be a full scope practice seeing patients and doing consults and procedures in clinic along with deliveries in the hospital. This is a busy practice, which averages approximately 190 deliveries per OBGYN.
Schneck Medical Center will provide all the tools to ensure the incoming OBGYNs success. You will have access to 9 ORs located in the hospital and a C-section suite. Schneck also has a da Vinci Xi and each OBGYN will get a day of dedicated block time. Typical procedures in the OR include, Robotic Hysterectomy, total laparoscopic, hysterectomy, endometrial oblation, ESSUE, traditional laparoscopic work and URO/GYN procedures. Schneck’s C-section rate is 29% and they do NOT perform VBACs.
It’s important to note that you will not get bored here and block time is NEVER an issue.
