Physician Contract Offer: Lucrative 3-Year Opportunity with Generous Benefits and Flexibility

To start, you will have a 3-Year Salary Guarantee of $600,000 for all three years. We have an RVU amount of $63/wRVU with a threshold of 9,820. In year 4, we lower your RVU threshold/breakeven to 9,190rvu's, allowing the providers to bonus earlier in years four and beyond, while still always maintaining that financial ‘safety net’ of the base salary.

Frankly, I think a quality provider will get ramped up in their first 6 months, possibly sooner, but the bottom line is there’s no glass ceiling and we want our providers to remain in the “driver’s seat” when it comes to their earning potential.

In addition to the base salary and production component, we offer a $30,000 Commencement Bonus & another $15,000 for Relocation Assistance.

There's also an annual Quality Bonus of up to $25,000 for each provider. This is based off your usual quality metrics like Timely Charting, etc.

If you happen to still be finishing your training, we also offer a two-year Residency Stipend of $1500/month as well as an additional $75,000 in Student Loan Repayment.

Lastly, our Full Benefits package is rather salty…we offer a Comprehensive benefit package including medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k) match up to 6% and paid malpractice and tail coverage. For Continuing Medical Education, we offer 40 hrs of CME a year and a $5000 allowance.

Our PTO policy offers you 6 weeks of PTO in your first year, along with 6 Paid Holidays. Any unused PTO can be rolled over into the following year, with a cap at 240 hours of rolled-over PTO. If you ever decide to leave the organization, St. Mary’s pays you out for any remaining/banked PTO!
