Due to this exciting integration, we have access to Intermountain grand rounds that are daily, weekly or bi-weekly. Many times, they have Nationally and Internationally-known physicians involved. So you still get to work with other peers at various hospitals and Academic institutions all around the country. Of course, we discuss cases amongst ourselves, and we try to be as academic as possible and have weekly conferences to discuss difficult cases.
