The compensation package for HemOnc is comprehensive and competitive. It includes a base salary averaging between $500k-$525k, uncapped productivity bonus that provides an additional $200k per year, a sign-on bonus of $40k, quality bonuses of $40k per contract year and loan repayment of $80k. Additionally, for providers in training, there is a stipend of $2k per month upon signing and full execution of the contract through the last month of your training before starting. Paid time off is generous, with 25 days per contract year for vacation, and 5 days for CME (Continuing Medical Education) time off, along with a $5k CME stipend. Retirement plans are offered on day 1 of employment, with automatic contributions from Terrebonne General based on years of qualified service, ranging from 3% to 6% of the employee's salary, up to the IRS limit. The package also includes paid malpractice and tail coverage, plus PCF (Prior Acts/Claims Made with Full Consent), and voluntary medical, dental, and vision insurance. Short-term disability is covered, and long-term disability is provided. Life insurance is offered at 1x the annual salary, up to a maximum of $500k. Lastly, there is a relocation stipend of $6k.
