Contract & Benefits

Covenant HealthCare offers a robust contracts and benefits package designed to attract and retain top healthcare professionals. Key components of this package include:

  • Base Salary: Starting point is $350k but will go up from there based on experience.
  • Productivity: RVU productivity model. 
    RVU’s are paid at $45-50
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): 31 total days – includes vacation, CME and holidays
  • Continuing Medical Education (CME): $3500 for CME & $1500 for licenses and dues.
  • Relocation Assistance: $10,000 in reimbursement to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Sign-on Bonus: 10% of Base Salary
  • Insurance Coverage: Comprehensive coverage with paid malpractice insurance including tail coverage
  • Health Plans: Options for medical, dental, retirement and vision insurance.
  • Additional Benefits: Paid paternity and maternity leave of 4 weeks of paid leave.
