- Base Salary: Starting point is $350k but will go up from there based on experience.
- Productivity: RVU productivity model.
RVU’s are paid at $45-50 - Paid Time Off (PTO): 31 total days – includes vacation, CME and holidays
- Continuing Medical Education (CME): $3500 for CME & $1500 for licenses and dues.
- Relocation Assistance: $10,000 in reimbursement to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires.
- Sign-on Bonus: 10% of Base Salary
