Dr. Kaldas is highly renowned, and their practice is known for taking on tough cases. It will be important to have the confidence to do what you do best and practice to the full scope of your skillset. There is one additional physician (name?) so the incoming provider would make a team of three. 99% of referrals here are consumer driven, that’s how good the reputation is. They are the only place in the state to provide laparoscopic mesh. Patients come from all sorts of distances, sometimes 3 hours away, sometimes even Minnesota, Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan.
Dr. Kaldas has assured us that he will never sell his practice. They are extremely financially stable. The incoming physician would share the cases, and not get the hand me downs. He plans to practice at a minimum for 15 years. He is young and energetic, and stated, “I am not the retiring type”.
Patient care and advocacy is extremely important here. Strong bedside manner is important. They want someone who can provide true care and implement solutions. Patients who come here have often been to other providers without any solutions to their issue. Dr. Kaldas finds the solution. The incoming provider must be willing to accept the challenge of providing true patient care and empowering patients with knowledge.
The support staff is extremely well versed, educated, and efficient in setting things up. This is a true team. Somewhere to enjoy coming each day and making a difference – true fulfillment. Because of the quality of our staff and providers, 99% of all patients go home on the same day as their procedures.
Our OBGYNs read ultrasound in-house acting as radiologist. If the incoming provider cannot read images, we would help proctor to learn. We have internal drawing labs – LabCorp, which gets picked up everyday and results are normally back to us within 24 hours.
Our facility is equipped with Epic EMR.
