You will have a guarantee base salary with no productivity so you can focus on quality of outcomes and not volumes. The salary will depend on what your schedule and FTEs are.
5 Days Per Week would be 1.0 FTE with a $450,000 Salary, followed by $375,000 for a .75 FTE 4-day week, with minimal considerations at 3 days per week and $300,000. If you have verified case logs / productivity and need an extra stipend to cover the gap during ramp up, that is a discussion we can have. If you are a major producer, and can verify it through case logs, we can look at adding additional production incentives.
In addition to the guaranteed base salary, we also include a $25k signing bonus, $10k for relocation, and $5k for Annual CMEs ($2.5k part time)
