The compensation model includes a base salary ranging from $712,000 to $790,000, guaranteed for the first two years. Additional earnings are based on Relative Value Units (RVUs) with a rate of $92 per RVU.
The benefits package includes comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, aned malpractice insurance coverage. Also, the benefits package includes a retirement program comprised of a basic pension plan, 401(a) investment account, 403(b) matching account and a 457(b) deferred compensation savings plan.
Physicians receive 29 vacation days and a $5,000 allowance for Continuing Medical Education (CME) with five additional days for CME activities. Relocation assistance and a $20,000 signing bonus are also provided.
