The compensation will be a two-year guaranteed base salary of plus wRVU. If the provided exceeds the benchmark of wRVU during the first two years, providers can achieve a bonus. Following the second year – the base salary will be 80% of the wRVUs produced in the second year. This salary will remain going forward. There will be a signing bonus that is discussed during the offer process. The compensation package is extremely competitive and is above the MGMA median. The benefits package includes a retirement program comprised of a basic pension plan, 401(a) investment account, 403(b) matching account and a 457(b) deferred compensation savings plan. Additional offerings include medical, vision, dental, life insurance, disability coverage. There is a competitive time off plan and wellness benefits and generous continuing medical education (CME) allowance.

Once we determine there is mutual interest, we will schedule an initial call with the Physician Recruiter for UCHealth, Kim Davis. Following your call with Kim, you will speak with Kelley Hekowczyk. Kelley will go over the compensation package in detail. If the compensation meets what you are looking for, a call will be scheduled for you to speak with Dr. Matthew Sorensen. This call allows for you to discuss the opportunity in detail, physician to physician, to get a full picture of what your new practice will look like on a day-to-day basis.
If you decide to move forward with an onsite visit, Kim will coordinate your travel and accommodations. You will also be given the information to provide 3 references. It is your choice if you would like to provide reference ahead of your visit to expedite your offer process. During your visit, you will meet with various executives, Oncology providers, and members of the support staff. We will also schedule a community tour with a realtor for you and your significant other.
Following your visit, the team will generate an offer letter with general specifics. Once your offer letter has been signed, an executable, 1-year contract will be provided for you within 2-weeks.
