Physician Recruitment Process and Compensation Overview

Compensation: $260,000+ (Negotiable, commensurate with experience)

Time off: 15 Days PTO 1st Year; goes up over time
13 Paid Holidays
5 Days CME and $2,000

Signing bonus: Negotiable

Relocation – Yes (Negotiable Rate)

Loan repayment – Qualifies for Student Loan Repayment Programs (PSLF, NHSC, etc.)
One of the physicians there received $75,000 over a 2-year period.

Retirement Planning: Yes, eligible to join Day 1. Eligible for 2% Match at 1 year anniversary.
