This opportunity blends immediate financial security with long-term income potential in a private practice model designed for growth. In your first year, you'll be supported by an income guarantee in partnership with St. Bernardine Medical Center—a package that includes a competitive base salary, a signing bonus, relocation support, and eligibility for loan forgiveness. As you ramp up and inherit procedural volume from senior partners, your income will evolve into a productivity-based model aligned with RVUs and call participation.

The income guarantee is structured through a three-party recruitment agreement involving you, the practice, and the hospital. It functions as a forgivable loan: the hospital pays your base salary and incentives in year one, and as long as you fulfill your service obligations and remain in the community, that loan is forgiven. This provides you with a safety net during ramp-up while minimizing long-term risk.

Once the guarantee concludes, your income will be tied to RVU production, procedural mix, and call participation. Current partners generate between 12,000 and 14,000 RVUs annually, with bonus eligibility beginning around 5,000–6,000 RVUs. These figures are shared transparently so you can chart your own earnings trajectory with confidence.

  • Year 1 Compensation: Guaranteed base salary of $400,000 to $450,000 paid via hospital support
